What we collect

When you request an estimate, we collect what you enter: your name, phone number, email, ZIP code, details about your space, any message you add, and whether you ticked the box saying it is OK to text you. We also record how you found us, such as the link or campaign you came from, using first-party cookies set by this site.

If you share feedback after a cleaning, we collect your rating, your comments, and, if you did not arrive from a link we sent you, your first name and an email or phone number so we can apply your feedback credit. When we email you a feedback link, our email provider tells us whether it was delivered and opened.

How we use it

• To call or text you back about your estimate, and to arrange your cleaning.
• If you ticked the texting box, to text you about your estimate and follow-up. The box is optional, and you can ask us to stop at any time. We do not send automated texts today.
• To learn from your feedback and apply your feedback credit.
• To provide and improve our cleaning services.
• To understand which of our marketing efforts bring in customers.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that run this website, so they can do that work for us: website hosting (Vercel), our database (Supabase), email delivery (Resend), and website analytics (Google Analytics and Vercel Web Analytics).

Cookies

This site sets first-party cookies named rc_ft, rc_lt, and rc_seen that record the web address, campaign tags, and referral code you arrived with. They contain no name, email, or phone number. Analytics tools may set their own cookies to count visits. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site still works without them.

How long we keep it

We keep estimate requests and customer records for as long as we need them to serve you and keep business records, then delete them.

Your choices
